**Job Description**:
- Build the French strategy to acquire new customers and boost growth via Influencers
- Being responsible to meet our acquisition, reach and budget goals
- Perform research to find opportunities for new influencers based on specific KPIs
- Make data driven decisions based on weekly and monthly performance reports in order to continuously improve communications strategy
- Reach out to large volumes of influencers covering everything from negotiations to relationship management and content validation/monitoring
- Manage the PR agency to ensure a positive lifestyle coverage in the media
- Cooperate with the retail team to push the right products at the right moment (influence & PR)
- Perform weekly performance analysis and reporting to understand and optimize performance
- Work closely with the global marketing teams to create compelling content and successful campaigns
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ year experience in an Influencer Marketing position and digital environment
- You’re a social media junky and have a strong knowledge of the France influencer and media scene
- Innovative, motivated, organised
- Result-driven mindset with an analytical approach in drawing conclusions
- You make data-informed decisions with a pragmatic approach
- You are creative and a good story-teller
- You have an interest in lifestyle PR : a previous experience would be a benefit
- Ideally a degree in marketing, communications, or a similar degree program
- You have a real interest for the food industry
- Native french speaking and Fluent in English
