**Marketing & Communications Assistant - Alternance**

Your Franceformation helps individuals and families navigate the complexities of relocating to France through visa support, relocation planning, and digital resources. We’re a small, international team based in Paris that works primarily in English but with strong ties to French institutions and partners. Most team members work remotely

**Languages & Work Environment**

The alternant will attend weekly team meetings and help plan regular filming days in Paris to batch record social media content with the company owner. The role is primarily based in our Paris office, with the possibility of occasional remote work.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1 or M2) in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Seeking a 12- or 24-month alternance contract.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1+ or native level), as English is the primary working language.
- Good command of French (B2+) for communication with partners and handling local administration.
- Familiarity with or ties to the English-speaking community in France (e.g., American or British expat circles) is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable working in a small, mostly remote team.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage projects autonomously.
- Willing to work closely with the company owner and leadership team, including participation in regular content filming and weekly check-ins.
- Some flexibility to work from home, with regular in-person presence at the Paris office required.

**Learning Objectives**
- Plan and create content tailored for different digital platforms.
- Manage and analyze performance of social media campaigns.
- Develop practical SEO and content writing skills.
- Gain experience with professional marketing tools and automation software.
- Support and improve operational workflows and internal communications.
- Develop professional skills such as attention to detail, creative initiative, and team collaboration.

**Social Media Management**
- Schedule posts on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other social media platforms based on monthly strategy.
- Create Reels from trending audio and social hooks related to our field.
- Publish and adapt content for LinkedIn and Threads.
- Develop and expand on our existing community comment strategy.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content formats.
- Monitoring other facebook groups and posting on authorized business / advertising days

**Content Creation**
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts and newsletters.
- Design visuals of all formats using Canva in line with brand identity.
- Contribute to podcast editing and social clip production.
- Plan and batch film content regularly with the owner in Paris.

**Performance Analysis**
- Monitor and report on social and website KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research and update old blog content.
- Track engagement metrics and make data-driven content suggestions.
- Benchmark competitors and conduct sector research.

**Administrative & Operational Support (~5-10% of work)**
- Print and mail client-related documents (e.g., CPAM).
- Scan invoices and manage internal file archiving.
- Assist in preparing and hosting webinars (slides, logistics, follow-up).
- Moderate Facebook group and admit new members.

**Tool Proficiency & Workflow**
- Train in and use tools like Kajabi, Zapier, Buzzsprout, Notion, Divi (WordPress), Descript, and other tools as needed.
- Use Canva for design and Publer & Meta suite for social media scheduling.
- Contribute to workflow automation and process optimization.
- Maintain task tracking and campaign planning via Notion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 853.00€ - 1,068.00€ per month

Expected hours: 24 - 35 per week
