Investment Support Analyst

As a future **Investment Support Analyst**, you will report to the **Head of Operations for Prime**, and you will be part of **AXA IM** Prime.**

AXA IM Prime is the private assets one-stop platform of AXA IM, offering investments across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds.

We offer diversified sources of private market returns through primaries, secondaries, co-investments, as well as NAV financing and GP minority stakes solutions.

The Investment Support team provides portfolio controls and investment support services to fund managers.

The Investment Support Analyst is an operations expert acting as a point of contact for PRIME fund managers and all third parties in respect of middle and back-office requests.

We are looking for an Investment Support Analyst dedicated to PRIME business unit in charge of the following key responsibilities:

- Perform portfolio valuation and NAV validation control oversight on PRIME funds/portfolios making sure the valuations produced by the fund administrator are correct.
- Ensure appropriate transactions and cash flow monitoring, reconciliations with third parties, preparation of budget.
- Responsible for timely, efficient and high-quality reporting, both regulatory and operational.
- Assist PRIME fund managers with investment support tasks on an on-going basis.
- Act as a point of contact for any operational inquiries / issues / exceptions across middle and back-office activities raised by PRIME fund managers and external third parties.
- Operate controls defined by AXA IM Global Risk Control Framework and Compliance for portfolio control activity.
- Support the launch and modification of funds/portfolios, new types of instruments or strategy.
- Assist with the oversight of third-party providers, via attendance at service meetings, KPI, SLA and PSA reviews, process improvement, quality assessment and review.
- Effectively collaborate with all internal teams including Product Engineering, Reporting, Technology, Risk, Investment Guidelines and Compliance.
- Contribute and assist with the creation, updates and maintaining of operational procedures.
- Participate in and contribute to PRIME and Operations governance and transversal / strategic projects and initiatives
- Provide assistance for any internal and external audit or regulatory related requests or activity.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree in business/finance/economics
- Relevant experience in Operations
- Professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA, CIMA beneficial

Experience/Skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, the asset management industry and private assets class
- Comprehensive understanding of investment management Operations as well as Fund Administration and Accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA & macro)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
