The role of Pre-Sales Engineer / Manager requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen and strong interpersonal skills. They act as a link between the sales and technical teams, ensuring that customer needs are understood, solutions are communicated effectively, and sales opportunities are maximized. He or she plays a crucial role in the success and growth of the company by winning new business and building strong customer relationships.
- Develop and implement a pre-sales strategy in line with the company's sales objectives;
- Be responsible for and guarantee the internal Lead to Order process;
- Responding to bids received within the allotted timeframe, taking into account the constraints, risks, and contingencies to ensure that the response is consistent with the company's business model;
- To support the sales teams in the pre-sales phases, in particular by taking part in workshops, POCs and POFs, enabling prospects/customers to get the best possible idea of our ability to deliver quality products on time;
- Helping to lead the team in pre-sales activities,
- Participate in the activities of the Centers of Excellence by contributing content and knowledge through training and information initiatives;
- Participate in the diversification of our commercial offerings, in particular the extension of the Dassault Systems
- Become a priority contact for our customers' and partners' Lab / Industry 4.0 initiatives;
- Enabling the dissemination of this information and innovative concepts within the company, in conjunction with marketing;
- Play an active role in developing the customer base through new initiatives.

**Profil recherché
**SKILLS & KNOW-HOW**:
- Master's level 2, engineering school diploma or equivalent experience;
- Conclusive experience (more than 5 years) in consultancy with service companies providing technical assistance or on fixed-price projects, primarily in the MES sector;
- Strong technical skills in MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Proven experience (over 5 years) of responding to calls for tender from the point of view of technical and human feasibility;
- Knowledge of MES and PLM tools on the market, and of the customers and players in these solutions;
- Fluency in French and good level of English - Daily use of English at a minimum B1/B2;
- Knowledge and regular use of Office 365 tools.
- **Strong communication skills** (internal and external)
- **Strong presentation skills**: must be able to create and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of working with SOFYNE ACTIVE TECHNOLOGY. This will involve tailoring presentations to the specific needs of each potential customer.
- Ability to understand customer needs and challenges so as to be able to present solutions that meet those needs effectively.
