Sidel is looking for a Lead Installation Site Manager, as part of the European Project Management organization, who will be responsible for driving the on-site activities preparation and needs definition (resources skill, means, HS&E) for all new equipment projects to be executed in Europe, ensuring that deliverables are met to the customer's satisfaction. Manage the assigned Team of Installation Site Managers (internal/External) to accomplish the functional mission, developing their competence and qualification. Support the proposal team for site activities on critical projects, issuing relevant quotations within the scope of the region.

**Your Mission**:

- Accountable to define the on-site strategy and means required to meet S-Q-C-D new Equipment Projects deliverables within the ECA Region:

- (S) H&SE -the required Health & Safety, Environmental standards are being fulfilled in the needs request
- (Q) Quality - Project scope and on-site activities specifications are clearly defined, including resources, qualification and certification
- (C) Cost - On-site activities deliverables are being planned within the project baselined cost.Carry out in-full management of Lump sum activities with external suppliers, liaising with Sourcing
- (D) Delivery - On site activities deliverables are being achieved within the scheduled timelines
- Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes.
Support on-site activities risk identification and assessment for critical projects.
- Support the Team in managing scope changes before Installation Start, ensuring the baselined objectives and benefits; resolve conflicts.
- Manage and support the Installation Site Manager team, driving the relevant competence development and utilization. Remove roadblocks for the team.
- Report to the Stakeholders. Lead Site work preparation meetings with the Project Manager Execution.
- Drive continuous improvement, capitalize lessons learned, perform CAV -SWP2 cost review
- Ensure all Sidel Project systems are fed and updated

**Your Profile**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team, ideally someone who is fluent in both French and English (minimum B2 level).
