**Descriptif du poste**:
Au sein du département Supply Chain qui réalise les activités d'achat et de sous-traitance, vous serez intégré dans une organisation de projet, sous la responsabilité d'un Project Supply Chain Manager.

Dans ce contexte, vous gérerez plusieurs contrats de sous-traitance pour des équipements ou des services nécessaires à l'exécution d'un projet subsea. **En particulier, vous serez amené à**: Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs/sous-traitants, Auditer/évaluer ces fournisseurs, Préparer les appels d'offres sur la base des spécifications techniques reçues de l'ingénierie de projet, Assurer une analyse adéquate des offres par les départements/personnes concernés, Négocier les conditions contractuelles et commerciales (et techniques), Émettre une recommandation pour approbation par les responsables du projet, en soulignant les raisons de la recommandation (coût, planification, expérience, retour d'expérience...). Attribuer l'engagement à l'entreprise sélectionnée et finaliser tous les documents contractuels, Gérer l'exécution du bon de commande ou du contrat de sous-traitance et s'assurer que l'entreprise respecte ses engagements, Gérer les litiges/variations jusqu'à la clôture du contrat, Fournir un retour d'information à la fin du contrat pour assurer le transfert de connaissances, Faire des rapports réguliers sur les progrès réalisés au directeur de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. ,

**Profil recherché**:
De formation technique (école d'ingénieur ou équivalent) ou commerciale (école de commerce ou équivalent), vous venez de terminer vos études ou pouvez justifier de quelques années d'expérience à un poste similaire dans l'ingénierie ou la construction.

Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel et votre anglais est courant.

Si vous vous adaptez facilement à des situations variées, et que vous êtes autonome et rigoureux, alors ce poste est pour vous.
