Raw Material Approval Specialist

**YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT**:
Our NQAC in Vittel is looking for its Raw Materials Approval Specialist.

You will play a crucial role in coordinating raw materials approval projects.

You will be responsible for:

- Coordinating central raw materials approval projects and aligning priorities with internal partners (Technology Centers, markets, quality teams, purchasing, and analysis laboratories) and external partners (suppliers), ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines.
- Managing samples, ensuring their traceability, and conducting tests at the pilot hall.
- Evaluating analytical results and ensuring that the use of raw materials for packaging complies with applicable regulations and internal standards.
- Providing technical support to operations while collaborating with market teams, zones, suppliers, and purchasing.
- Developing expertise in materials science, including recycled materials, and contributing to the development of related tools and skills in the fields of polymers and polymer chemistry.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You hold an engineering degree or a master's in chemistry, polymer science, or food safety.
- You have 2 years of experience in the field of packaging and/or packaging analysis, as well as experience in project management and technical support in the packaging field.
- You are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills, including listening, teamwork, and transmission.
- You are accustomed to working in an open and innovative environment and have proven problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with other teams.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

**VOTRE MISSION, SI VOUS L’ACCEPTEZ**:
Notre NQAC à Vittel recherche son Spécialiste de l'approbation des matières premières.

Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la coordination des projets d'approbation des matières premières.

Vous serez responsable de:

- Coordonner les projets centraux d'approbation des matières premières et aligner les priorités avec les partenaires internes (Centres de technologie, marchés, équipes qualité, achats et laboratoires d'analyse) et externes (fournisseurs), en veillant au respect des standards et des délais.
- Gérer les échantillons, assurer leur traçabilité et effectuer des tests à la Halle pilote.
- Évaluer les résultats analytiques et veiller à ce que l'utilisation des matières premières pour les emballages soit conforme aux réglementations applicables et aux standards internes.
- Fournir un soutien technique aux opérations tout en collaborant avec les équipes des marchés, des zones, des fournisseurs et des achats.
- Développer une expertise en science des matériaux, y compris les matériaux recyclés, et contribuer au développement d'outils et de compétences connexes dans les domaines des polymères, et de la chimie des polymères.

**A PROPOS DE VOUS**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou d'un master en chimie, science des polymères ou sécurité alimentaire.
- Vous avez 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'emballage et/ou de l’analyse des emballages, ainsi qu'une expérience en gestion de projet et en support technique dans le domaine du packaging.
- Vous parlez couramment anglais et possédez d'excellentes capacités de communication, incluant l'écoute, l'esprit d'équipe et la transmission.
- Vous êtes habitué à travailler dans un environnement ouvert et innovant, et avez des compétences avérées en matière de résolution de problèmes et de collaboration avec d'autres équipes.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office.
