**About the Role**
Manhattan Mental Health Counseling is scaling fast. We’re looking for a systems-savvy problem solver who thrives on turning messy data and manual processes into clean, scalable automations and dashboards.
As our **Automation & Data Systems Engineer**, you’ll sit at the intersection of operations and analytics — building powerful Zapier/Make workflows, maintaining structured Airtable bases, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights for therapists and leadership. Your work will streamline how we operate, measure success, and make decisions every day.
**What You’ll Do**:
**Automation & Workflow Ownership**
- Design and build end-to-end automations across onboarding, billing, pay rate changes, KPI alerts, and more
- Integrate tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Gusto, PracticeQ, Google Workspace, Slack, and MedTrainer
- Maintain structured Airtable bases with clean formulas, logic fields, and linked records
- Implement fallback logic, error notifications, and system alerts to ensure reliability
- Translate business processes into trigger-based automations with clear documentation
**Dashboards & Operational Insights**
- Build therapist-facing and leadership dashboards in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Tableau
- Track key KPIs: session milestones, DSH targets, cancellations, retention, and more
- Collaborate with leadership and the AI Workflow Specialist to ensure dashboards stay relevant and actionable
- Maintain confidentiality, version control, and data structure across all reporting systems
**What You Bring**:
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Zapier and/or Make
- Advanced Airtable skills (formulas, logic, views, automations)
- Strong command of Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Tableau
- Experience connecting systems via APIs or low-code tools
- Excellent English communication and documentation habits
- Detail-oriented, self-managing, and excited to build systems from scratch
- **Bonus**: Experience with Gusto, PracticeQ, or healthcare/therapist-facing tools
- **Bonus**: Basic SQL or scripting for data prep or connector customization

Pay: 50,000.00€ - 75,000.00€ per year
