This job is part of the Charles de Gaulle Cargo Sales Europe Team. The role is responsible for managing, leading and supervising the Cargo sales organization to ensure maximum profitability, productivity and revenue. The role has overall responsibility for strategic sales initiatives and all sales activity with the aim of meeting the revenue goals and broader departmental objectives.

**What you'll do**:

- Responsible for the French Cargo Sales office
- Responsible for France onboard revenue. Employing strong analytical skills to review data and leverage opportunities, from across the division including interline, to increase revenue
- Develop a deep understanding of the data sources available, proactively seeking to improve LF, yields and voids on flight originating in France
- Be a caring and supportive leader, committed to the professional development of each team member
- Analyze team performance and productivity to ensure expectations and targets are met
- Create and review portfolio assignments for each team member, regularly reviewing removal or addition of new clients to these portfolios
- Down the line responsibility for the customer service team and providing a high quality, customer service including reservations, follow up and general enquiries to ensure optimum flights (working with Sales) to provide a high standard of efficiency and courtesy
- To manage cargo reservations in a manner which ensures that a coordinated view is taken of FR cargo capacity, designed to provide high utilization consistent with optimum flight loads and revenues
- Hold regular team and individual meetings
- Lead, motivate, coach and train the sales teams, help them in identifying sales opportunities, and obtaining revenue, which meet the revenue plan
- Handle all CDG Cargo People related matters (Personnel planning, recruitment, employee performance appraisals, etc.)
- Ensure all training requirements for the entire CDG team are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure that available technology and e-business solutions are utilized to ensure that resources are optimized. Including but not limited to:

- 360
- iCargo
- webcargo
- PowerBi
- Work with HDQ Revenue Management in identifying market trends, competitor activities and report on this recommending appropriate actions to maintain and grow our market share and revenue
- Staying up to date with competitor activities. Identify market trends and new opportunities
- Attend meetings across the division and in HDQ where required
- Develop strong lines of communication and effective collaboration with stakeholders in HDQ
- Hold regular meetings with local operational leaders at WFS
- Prepare, control and maintain the annual budget, annual budget preparation to senior management at European Headquarters in London
- Develop strong and meaningful relationships with key customers in the market. Conduct regular sales calls across the region
- Developing contacts throughout the customers’ organizations. Gaining in depth knowledge of their traffic and business requirements
- Support regional and global customer sales initiatives, bids and opportunities
- Implement dual Sales and Service strategies in the region designed to contribute to divisional initiatives, Global OKRs, planning and strategy
- Implement the broader AA Cargo a sales strategy within France
- Ensure that administrative processes; PCPs, tariff updates, allotment usage and pricing activities, are maintained at optimum levels in order to meet division goals and enhance stakeholder (internal & external) experience
