Description du poste

Solys is the manufacturing and logistics platform of Veolia Water Technologies, specialised in:

- Standard product design
- Manufacturing of skid-mounted systems, containerized units and packaged plants Development of water treatment chemicals and of strategic components based on Veolia technologies and patents
- Supply chain services

The manufacturing and logistics platform includes several manufacturing workshops and supply chain warehouses in Europe and China.

Operational Data analyst is capable to maintain, manage, and report data from the Latis (ERP JD Edwards) databases for all global Solys activities. Reliable data and available information is important to support the decision making process based on factual information.

This relates to both our manufacturing as well as our logistics activities and provides timely information to our Partners in the regions

**Key responsabilities**:

- Ensure data is availed on time, in full, and reliable.
- Implement the reporting for all/ part of an activity, entity, geography.
- Analyse data and produce relevant and useful KPIs/ dashboards.
- Provide advice and feed-back to the activity/ entity management towards performance.
- Identify best practices through KPIs analysis and promote best practice sharing with highly performing entities/activities.
- Support the operational teams in the way to collect and provide data in order to simplify, ensure reliability, and promote real time automatized processes. (Monitoring sales volumes to optimise our stock level in order to reduce lead times but avoid obsolescence).
- Support the bi-annual pricing evaluation process for our consumable and spare parts catalogue.
- Uploading pricing information in our ERP system.
- Monitoring pricing for our standard product portfolio.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful, you need to be able to**:

- Analytical approach and good knowledge of relational database structures;
- Capable to extract data from ERP systems (Latis);
- Data analytics to propose and upload data in Latis;
- Follow and manage data from various tools (stock management, catalogue);
- Select the correct data to update our KPIs and analyse anomalies;
- Work in conjunction with our Finance team to support audits to analyse data such as purchase price vs supplier price list;

**Profile**:

- Educational background: degree in business analytics Knowledge and experience as a business analyst
- Language: fluent French and proficient in English
- Good communication skills both written as oral
- Problem solving skills and analytical thinking
- Good understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment
- Good IT skills and spreadsheet tool
