**Ready to lead regional sales and be the key contact for industrial clients?**
As Sales Engineer, you will be the face of Hosokawa in the _Grand Est_ region of France. In this autonomous and strategic role, you will drive the growth of our sales activities and build lasting relationships with industrial clients across various sectors. Your key responsibilities:
- Represent Hosokawa Micron Group in the Grand Est region;
- Develop the region’s sales in line with our commercial strategy (qualitative & quantitative targets);
- Promote all group technologies within your territory;
- Manage sales projects from A to Z in close coordination with teams in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and the UK;
- Be the main contact for end users, design offices, engineering firms, OEMs, and labs;
- Ensure full technical and commercial support during pre-sales and project phases.
**What your work will look like**
You will play a key role in shaping our success in the region:
- Plan and prioritize your activities with a focus on medium and long-term growth;
- Conduct customer visits, prospecting, and marketing initiatives;
- Qualify customer needs early in the project phase;
- Negotiate proposals and ensure excellent service throughout the process;
- Support project execution from both technical and commercial perspectives;
- Facilitate smooth cooperation between customers and our internal experts;
- Follow up on after-sales opportunities;
- Organize your own travel (approx. 50% of your time).
We are looking for a highly autonomous, commercially strong professional who thrives in a technical B2B environment:
- At least 10 years of experience in technical B2B sales within the Grand Est region;
- A strong network in the process industry;
- A solid understanding of industrial processes and project sales;
- A degree in engineering (chemical/process engineering, DUT/IUP);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in English (German is a strong plus);
- Proficiency with CRM systems;
- A hands-on, results-driven mindset and a team spirit;
- Willingness to travel frequently (50%).
