- and manual replying, auto
- and manual hedging, internalization, algo order management, booking and trade enrichment, and regulatory compliance.
- First level of support:

- Ensuring adherence to best practices including code reviews and validation by users, peers, and other stakeholders
- Producing written documentation for knowledge transfer to the rest of team and effective progress reporting to all stakeholders
- Second level of support on the Rates US eTrading platform:

- Maintenance: adapt, improve, stabilize and automate the platform to help reduce the human factor and the number of manual interventions
- Assistance to users (traders, sales) and to the Application Production Support team

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Finance, or Quantitative Finance
- 4+ years of experience in writing **Python**, Excel, VBA, and SQL code, developing and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in fast-paced dynamic software development/support environments.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
- Basic Finance knowledge
- ** Experience in working in trading floor**

The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$140,000
