As part of the Success Advisory team at Pigment, you’ll work closely with our strategic clients, sharing best practices and help achieving highly ambitious results. We are looking for a Change Management Specialist, who will play a key role in driving transformation initiatives, particularly for our most strategic clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of our software. Additionally, you will implement change management strategies at scale, reaching a broad client base and training our internal customer-facing teams to effectively manage change.
**What you'll do**:
- Develop and implement change management strategies for transformation projects with strategic clients.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management practices into overall project plans.
- Implement large-scale change management initiatives to ensure widespread adoption of our software.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Design and deliver training programs to prepare client employees for new financial systems and processes.
**Who you are**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and understanding of technology/ software industries and processes
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) and tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading large-scale transformation projects, especially in financial environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
