**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**

We are seeking an agile and hands-on HR Generalist to support our EMEA HR Director across 12 countries and a population of 4,800 employees. This role offers a unique opportunity for international exposure and active involvement in a wide range of regional HR initiatives.

What you’ll do:
**Learning & Development**: Support training plans coordination and promote learning tools to local teams.
**HRIS & Data**: Provide HRIS guidance, ensure data accuracy, and support performance & compensation campaigns.
**Employer Branding & Communication**: Create engaging HR content (slides, visuals, short videos) to strengthen internal communication and external visibility.
**HR Operations**: Draft contracts, prepare HR documents, and ensure compliance across countries.
**Projects**: Take part in cross-border projects to improve employee experience and engagement.

**YOUR PROFILE**

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years’ HR experience, ideally in a regional or international context
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with HRIS and tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Express
