Digital Marketing Specialist

You will work in an international, professional, result-driven and committed environment in which you make a substantial contribution to the growth of Questel. As a Marketing Specialist you are part of an international team with colleagues in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, France, the US and other countries. The team is open, output-oriented and has the drive to better market our Innosabi Brand. You report to and discuss weekly with the Group Marketing Director.

With your knowledge of online marketing tools, experience in managing websites and commercial insight, you add a lot to the marketing team. You participate in projects in which you advise colleagues in the organization based on your expertise and contribute to the output. You are able to empathize with the challenges our clients have in the field of open innovation and, in collaboration with consultants, you can translate this our value proposition in all marketing campaigns.
- Content Marketing: planning, producing, localizing content, and updating digital channels (websites, landing pages, social media);
- growth and acquisition: SEO, SEA or PPC campaigns on LinkedIn to generate more traffic and leads;
- executing and adjusting our digital contact strategy towards customers and prospects;
- analysis of marketing data (campaign results, traffic, lead conversion, etc.) to optimize our marketing strategy.
- supporting punctually some events organization (onsite or online)

**What do you bring?**
- At least a completed HBO education, such as Commercial Economics, (online) Marketing & Communication, with at least 3 years of relevant employment, preferably within a business service provider;
- professional knowledge of SEO/SEA and social media advertising (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Linkedin, etc.);
- **excellent command of the English language in speech and writing and ideally a really good German level (C1)**:

- you are creative and strong in creating commercially attractive content.
