- Reporting to: Technical Manager France- As a Senior Application Technologist at Givaudan's Argenteuil office, you will overlook the dairy bakery healthcare categories sticking to the strategy on daily activities as below..**Main Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain relationships with multiple customers; able to gain their trust and respect
- Maintain the flavor performance data for the flavor portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles
- Participate as a local champion for new technologies in the Dairy Category
- Coach, train, and motivate technicians, technologists and scientists
- Recommend appropriate lab/pilot plant equipment needed for capital project investments
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines

**Main Requirements**
- Ability to prepare and present complex technical presentations
- Ability to supervise and manage technicians and technologists and instruct scientists
- Understanding of Analytical/Sensory methodology as relevant to flavour selection
