**Job Details**:
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Tradeshow Specialist to provide engaging and inspiring events

This role offers a unique chance to shape our communication and event strategies while collaborating with passionate teams committed to pushing boundaries. You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting both internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring seamless launches across our entire range of Viridien products and services.

You will curate and oversee a variety of events, including in-person tradeshows, client events, user group meetings, and product launches. Each event aims to foster engaging interactions between speakers and attendees. Essentially, you'll be responsible for every aspect of event planning and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating, managing, planning, and executing the operational, logístical, and financial aspects of exhibits and services.
- Ensuring vendors adhere to budget constraints while delivering high quality stands, maintaining brand consistency in stand design worldwide.
- Identifying cost-effective products and ideas.
- Maintaining a calendar of exhibitions, conferences, and tradeshows, defining Viridien's engagement at each event.
- Proactively managing timelines for event deliverables, including marketing materials and social media posts.
- Preparing and distributing event materials and providing post-show reports, including attendance rates and event analytics.

Deliverables:

- Event plan for each occasion to keep stakeholders informed of deadlines.
- Delegate information package.
- Post-event follow-up.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of related work experience

**Key Skills & Experience**
- This position requires strong communication skills, to be an advocate towards the Functions & Divisions and generate/inspire a healthy production of quality content from them.
- Experience working with senior management teams
- Ability to multi-task and very pressured time critical work environments
- Experience managing in-person events
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities
- Exceptional self-starter, strong initiative, and attention to detail
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
