Certification Programmes Officer

The ESC is currently looking for a **Certification Programmes officer**for a permanent contract, CDI, as soon as possible to work at its headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France.
**Major duties and responsibilities**:
Ensure the necessary administrative management for the proper delivery of certification programmes issued by the ESC. The certification project officer - coordinator must also be able to provide support in the implementation phase of certification programmes.
In details:
**Coordinate and deliver subspecialty exams**
- Oversee the full development and delivery process of subspecialty exams, from planning to post-exam reporting.
- Ensure all exams are carried out according to established procedures, maintaining quality, validity, and fairness.
- Support certification committee members throughout the exam preparation and delivery phases.
- Set up and monitor the online exam platform at each stage.
- Prepare and share reports with relevant stakeholders upon request.
**Manage certification programmes (logbook and recertification)**
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support related to certification activities.
- Maintain and update tracking and reporting dashboards to ensure accurate follow-up.
- Identify and escalate any issues or bottlenecks when needed.
**Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation**
- Identify pain points or inefficiencies in existing certification processes.
- Collect feedback from applicants and stakeholders to improve workflows.
- Suggest practical, solution-oriented improvements to simplify and streamline activities.
- Actively participate in discussions on process enhancement and service quality improvement.
**Profile**:
- Hard skills:_
- Education level Bac +2 / +3 (or equivalent) in Administrative or related field
- Prior experience in roles involving customer service and/or polyvalent administrative positions with varied responsibilities
- Proficiency with basic office software (Excel, Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong ability to follow structured processes and established procedures.
