Your daily tasks are:

- Supervise the team’s Data Engineers by ensuring that best practices in software development, IT security, DevOps and data management are applied;
- Design and implement scalable, robust and efficient big data solutions using Spark, Hadoop and associated technologies;
- Work closely with IT Business Analysts and Squad Lead to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements;
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and integrate them into our solutions to improve performance and capabilities;
- Perform regular code reviews to ensure code quality, performance and security.

The technical stack used is as follows: Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Angular, Java Spring Boot, Power BI.
Our work methodology is Agile and you are integrated into our developer community, as well as the BPCE Big Data community.

The position is based in Charenton-le-Pont and at home it’s 10 days of remote work per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. Our remuneration is composed of a fixed amount, an annual bonus and a corporate savings scheme including profit sharing, participation and payment.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have a higher education and at least 5 years of experience in functions related to Big Data technologies and distributed systems.

You are proficient in:

- Spark and Hadoop;
- Scala and Java;
- Spring Boot and Angular.

You are:

- Excellent communication skills;
- Recognized for your ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way to non-technical stakeholders;
- Rigorous in managing multiple priorities.

You have a command of English at level B2.
