We are partnering with **APR, international headhunting firm**, to identify and select the Talent that will enhance the project procurement team.

In direct report to the Purchasing Manager, you will essentially:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a purchasing expert to understand technical specifications and project requirements.
- Research and identify potential suppliers, conduct evaluations, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions for the project's technical and economical requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, collaborating closely with them to address any technical issues, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve conflicts.
- Administer and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions, and handling any contract modifications when necessary.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to avoid disruptions to the project schedule.
- Track and control project-related expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while optimizing technical purchases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and market fluctuations, leveraging this knowledge to inform decision-making and identify potential opportunities.

As a strategic and yet pragmatic buyer, you'll find that your place is alongside your suppliers, and your expertise in technical project procurement management and deep understanding of technical specifications will be instrumental in forming strong partnerships with them.

This opportunity is located in Pont-Evêque (38) and involves occasional travel to fairs and suppliers' sites. The salary range is 35k€ to 45k€ (yearly gross salary), depending on experience, and offers up to 2 days of remote work per week.
