Nous sommes 76 000 médecins, infirmiers, aides-soignants, auxiliaires de vie, rééducateurs, psychologues, cuisiniers, gouvernants, et métiers d'appuiengagés chaque jour auprès des plus fragiles:

Nous proposons à chacune des personnes dont nous prenons soin un parcours sur-mesure, avec une réponse à chaque étape (de la prévention au traitement et jusqu'à la réadaptation).
Nous construisons avec et pour chacune d'elles un projet de soins personnalisé qui intègre tous ses besoins (médical, psychique, humain et social) car chaque résident, patient et bénéficiaire est unique.

Description du poste
- Accompagner le Directeur de l’Asset Management France en support de l’équipe Asset Management avec un rôle polyvalent et stratégique
- Réaliser des analyses financières et modélisations (BP des immeubles)
- Élaborer des supports d’aide à la décision (plans d’action stratégiques, dossiers d’investissement)
- Assurer le reporting financier et locatif, piloter les expertises des actifs
- Participer à la création de valeur : identification des opportunités et relations avec les acteurs publics et privés
- Optimiser la performance opérationnelle et financière : négociations -relations bailleurs/investisseurs
- Déployer de nouvelles activités sur les fonciers résiduels

Profil
- Engagé(e) et proactif : lance-toi, prends des initiatives et partage-nous tes idées (surtout les bonnes)
- Team player avant tout : tu préfères célébrer les victoires à plusieurs
- Flexible et optimiste : la restructuration est un challenge passionnant : les obstacles deviendront tes opportunités
- Curieux et sociable : pose des questions, reste connecté, la communication intra-service, c’est la clef du succès
- Mature et patient : dans un contexte exigent, il faudra t’armer de patience, et rester motivé
- Diplômé(e) : BAC +5 (formation immobilière sera un plus : Master spécialisé, ESPI ), 0 à 3 ans d’expérience
- Passionné (e ) IT : power bi, outils microsoft
