And we earn the trust of our clients and each other As a **Lean Manager**, you will join the Founders' Unit and its Qonto Way Office, which aims to create the conditions for all Qontoers to work efficiently as a team. You will work alongside Philippine, Tristan and will work closely with a wide range of individuals including our Program Managers leading business initiatives, the whole Management team (from Team Leaders to ExCo), our technical Experts, as well as our People team. ‍‍ **As a Lean Manager at Qonto, you will** - **Design tailored training programs**, and train Experts/Managers on key **lean concepts and tools**: - **Support Experts/Managers across the company in their Qonto Way/Lean journey**, by providing enablers as well as coaching - **Maintain and enhance the knowledge base** available to all Qontoers, to share best practices and improvements company-wide **What you can expect** - Our company strategy is about trying to create conditions for all to think and learn. By becoming our Lean Manager you will be in the front row to witness how this strategy takes place and will have significant freedom to make an impact in this journey - By working with so many different stakeholders regularly, who are highly skilled in their craft, you can expect to grow and learn alongside them - After 24-36 months on the job, you will likely be given access to senior expert or management roles - You will join an international environment, in which hypergrowth is the norm **About your future Manager** Your manager will be Tristan, and he will be the person responsible to make you succeed and feel at ease at Qonto. **His Background?** From an engineering background, Tristan has been working around the world in various industries: mainly automotive, but also aeronautical, and agri-food. He’s now meeting his passion for Lean with his passion for technology at Qonto He’s been the first full-time Lean/Qonto Way Expert and is now creating the team to scale it. **What does he bring to the team?** Thanks to his first mentors from previous experiences and his ability to adapt to completely new contexts, Tristan non only brings his technical knowledge, but also his hands-on coaching skills. As an avid learner with a passion for people development, you will be part of the dynamic he brings to the company. **About you** - Proven track records in a **high-complexity**, **high-velocity** environments - Good knowledge of the **Toyota Production System (TPS) **and its typical concepts - Comfortable and skilled to provide **training classes** and building self-service training materials - Appetite to "geek" around (i.e. pushing "tools" to their limits), mastering modern **collaborative tools** such as **Notion** or **Airtable** would be much appreciated - Recognized as **organized**, structured, and sharp - **Fluent in English** (French is a plus) **Perks** - A laptop.
