**BI FUNCTIONAL MANAGER F/M/NB ****: Paris Full-Time *** **About**: - Founded in 1975, - **Ipsos** is the 3rd largest company in the world in** Market and Public Opinion Research**. - Present in 90 countries worldwide, and across 15 Service Lines, with more than 18 000 employees, - Ipsos generated 2,15 billion Euros Revenue in 2021.**Job Description**: As part of the Management Information Systems (MIS) team, we are looking for **a Manager to work on** expansion. **The mission** will encompass the following responsibilities: - Provide training and ongoing end-user support using MIS support tools and escalation protocol, including data analytics. - Assist or prepare ad hoc data analytics queries, validate and reconcile report content using business, finance and accounting acumen. - Work with the Development Team and the MIS Security Team on the target security setup (roles, permissions, scopes ), including regular reviews, process documentation and optimization. - Collaborate with MIS team members when required, including on setup and testing activities. Ensure integration with other MIS systems in terms of structure and security. - Participate to the ongoing technical support and maintenance of the Ipsos BI data warehouse and reporting system, following the Ipsos security protocol - * - _Environment: *_ Based in Paris, the mission will encompass working with a multicultural team in a global environment - in a matrix organization, across different time zones. - The Manager will be working under the supervision of the BI Global Director and will be working closely - with the Development team, in an IT environment. - The mission proposed is for a permanent position.**Preferred Experience**: *_Required educational background: *_ Post-bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (e.g. Masters, MBA or equivalent). A degree in Finance, Statistics or IT would be a plus. Required skills/expertise: like working in an international environment and you are fluent in English. Proven basic management skills are required, especially to interact with/manage the Development team in order to set directions and goals, identify individual issues and propose solutions/way forward. items which cannot be solved at his/her level.
