**Discover the role**
The HR & Payroll Assistant, will prepare payments for different client files. It guarantees the quality of the service both technically and relationally across its portfolio of clients.
**Key Responsibility**
- Monitoring (including checking of available funds) and organizing the preparation of payments on behalf of our customers (suppliers, social security funds) and updating the corresponding procedures;
- The preparation of documents for signature and the tracking and filing of these documents;
- Managing the administrative aspects of opening, managing and closing bank accounts;
- Processing of various administrative tasks on behalf of our clients (restaurant tickets, fines, occupational medicine, etc.);
- Post-pay processing (social declarations, DADS, analyses, adjustments and justifications of accounts, etc.);
**Job specific requirements**
- Professional knowledge of English (B1 level minimum);
- Autonomy, anticipation, responsiveness, timeliness and team spirit
- Mastery of the the Pack office, particularly Excel Having adaptive qualities in a scalable environment and new technologies at the service of our profession will be an asset.
