**YOUR ROLE**

PMO global Digital Transformation, Data & Innovation team.
You will work on both streams and report directly to the Global Head of Digital. Your main missions will focus on program management, business controlling & competitive intelligence.
To succeed in this role, you should have a very organized way of thinking in an agile project management framework and to be able to summarize the status of the various streams to the team and the management.

You will be a member of the Global Digital, Data & Innovation Team, as such, you will work from Marseille office but will have regular contacts with both your colleagues their and across the 5 continents,
The perimeter of the products you will be working on spreads across the 6 operating regions of CEVA and its business lines: Ocean, Air, Ground and Contract Logistics.
As part of the program management, you will interact in our team but also with all the stakeholders of the projects either they are internal from our IT teams to the business team or external like provider or start-ups.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Strategic Project Planning and Goal Setting
- Ability to define and structure projects to help achieve strategic ambitions.
- Ensure proper planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting; Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio.
- Oversee project costs, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints, and ensure finances are well managed
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to support business case development and the implementation of projects.

**Project Execution and Governance**
- Structure, manage, and drive proper project reviews including cadence
- Manage timelines, manage, and structure relevant steering or comex meetings to ensure decisions are made on a timely basis.
- Ensure documentation necessary for clear decisions are properly articulated and reporting provided in a timely manner.
- Tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process.
- Raise the purchase order requests and ensure the follow-up with suppliers
- Assess the project delivery, completeness, and alignment with stated objectives and goals.

**Project Prioritization and Portfolio Alignment**:

- Be able to manage multiple projects for the organization, each with varying priority, timelines and resource requirements.
- Conception of the project portfolio, taking into account the constraints and dependencies between the different resources and matching the overall business objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement for the project team, processes and issues resolution

**Competitive intelligence**:

- Maintain a technological watch on the evolution of digital solutions (products, actors, new markets)
- Analyze current competitors’ activities & digital strategies monitoring
- On-demand start-up assessment: technology used, business model, strategy

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Graduated in a Master’s degree or equivalent in Business administration,
- Experience from 5 years, with at least 2 years in proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability manage multiple projects simultaneously with mínimal supervision; at least,
- Experience in a digital transformation environment is required,
- Experience of project management using LEAN, AGILE and PMO methodologies,
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment (e.g. working in international teams) is a plus,
- Demonstrated ability to help define and tie projects to broader strategic priorities (serving as a thought partner to the Head of Digital),
- Already working in the logistics and/or transportation will ease the integration,
- Autonomy and flexibility: collaboration with highly solicited management players,
