**Cargo Regional team** as a **Lead Cargo Quality Assurance Officer **in our office in **Paris.**

Some of the tasks include:

- Responsible for ensuring cargo operations quality and standards are maintained at all times to meet safety, security and quality objectives.
- Prepare internal departments and external stakeholders for audits and inspections.
- Support Support Regional Cargo Compliance Manager on audit follow ups on any identified non conformities / observations.
- Plan, prepare and conduct audits, inspections and reviews of relevant departments and network.
- Study, evaluate and assess standards of equipment operations, product process specifications and other related issues to ensure QA, safety or security standards associated with QR Cargo operations. Research, study, evaluate and advice on all QA controls; provide recommendations for improvement of standards.
- Take appropriate decisions regarding the quality characteristics of products, processes, procedures and equipment to ensure the safety and security of the operation.
- Report findings to management, if it is of safety concerns, do so immediately.
- Monitor effectiveness of the implementation of corrective action plan.
- Support Business Continuity Plan activities to include the conduct of rehearsal, development of documents, reports and track status.
- Prepare frequent reports to management to ensure adequate oversight on performance and on the need for change and improvement.
- Support in the review and development of procedures to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, adequacy of current practices and safe operation.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
- 4 - 5 years of job related experience
- Knowledge of quality assurance program and auditing
- Knowledge of safety management system and security requirements associated with cargo and/or ground operations
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
