Job Role

The primary purpose of the Systems & Digital Project Manager is to support business stakeholders in bringing new IT & Digital changes to market and to drive the innovative path of the Project & Retail Ops Department.

Position Objectives & Responsibilities

Work closely with the Project & Retail Ops Director to develop an understanding of the business strategy and priorities and supports the project roadmap implementation.

Drive personally some Key Projects or collaborate and provide support on larger or more complex projects within the wider organisation where necessary

Actively work with the International Teams to ensure consistency of approach across all markets

Point of Contact for the IT Queries

Responsible for some Key Digital & Systems Providers

Drive, Support & participate actively to the Test Management for the local business

Take a proactive and ‘hands on’ approach to project work and be adaptable in terms of style and activities undertaken

Qualifications and Experience

Fluency in English and French

Strong IT business change experience with a very good understanding of Business Analyst techniques

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to present complex data and arguments.

Excellent relationship management abilities across a diverse stakeholder population with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Communicating and managing expectations of key stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Planning, prioritizing and demonstrating time management skills with the ability to multi task.

Some understanding of auto finance business processes preferred but not essential

International environment - experience working in international and virtual teams preferred

Degree level educated or BA certification preferred

Skills & Knowledge

High level of self-motivation, flexibility, drive and personal commitment Proven track record of delivering business requirements, business process design and functional design on change projects.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to present complex data and arguments

Very good communication skills in both written and spoken form to facilitate the transfer of business knowledge and expertise to other employees.

Very good relationship management abilities across a diverse stakeholder population with excellent written and oral communication skills..

Ability to handle rapidly changing priorities whilst demonstrating the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding IT initiatives.

Ability to communicate and manage the expectations of key stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Ability to operate with the utmost integrity and consistently display a positive attitude to work and the various challenges encountered.

Ability to take ownership and be responsible for actions.
