**Context**

Product Managers at Younited are building the core of the company: our credit platform and ecosystem.
- They define the product strategy of their team, transform it into actionable, prioritized roadmap and goals, and lead the operational deployment of the roadmap they created, side by side with tech & design.

You are joining the “User Engagement” Domain as Senior Product Manager on the squad “Younited Coach & Mobile app”.

In the Product Department (~30 people) you will directly report to the Head of Product “Coach & User Engagement” and work closely with design team, product, tech and key stakeholders.

**Your responsabilities**:

- ** Establish the strategy of your product portfolio**
- Structure the vision and associated product strategy for your scope, and ensure it’s aligned with Younited’s global company strategy
- Define the most efficient and **balanced roadmap** to reach your teams’ goals and contribute to Younited’s objectives
- Communicate your team’s vision & direction to the company and your end users
- **
Deliver with product methodology and user centric approach**
- Be the **voice of customers within the User Engagement domain** whose main mission is to foster retention at Younited increasing Lifetime value of users
- Leverage **a hands-on product discovery** to select the best problems to refine and tackle
- Turn your **roadmap into features** and build the solutions hand-in hand with designers and tech team
- Partner with tech members and your product designer on delivery of your product evolutions
- **
Show leadership in the management of your team and stakeholders**:

- Select and follow the **key metrics for your activity** and communicate your impacts
- **Promote** your products internally by embarking your team and stakeholders with your vision and strategy
- Be able to defend your choices, iterate & test, accept to **make errors**
