Who is the company and context?
Our client, a large international group, is actively looking for an SAP S4/HANA Transformation Lead (M/F).
In this role, you will have one direct report and work with a large international team of indirect reports.
What will I be doing?
As an SAP S4/HANA Transformation Lead (M/F), your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting regular system health checks to drive digital strategy and transformational initiatives, leading end-to-end programs that support sustainable implementation and operations.
Ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions while coordinating both internal and external teams for optimal performance.
Supporting the development of digital vision and strategy by assessing how IT can improve organizational agility and better meet business needs.
Clearly demonstrating the value of digital services in collaboration with business stakeholders across multiple locations, creating strategic roadmaps, providing technology advisory, and managing budget planning and optimization.
Leading and mentoring the team, actively contributing to their career growth, training, and professional development.
What kind of skills and background will I need to have?
A Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance and/or Information Systems.
15+ years of professional experience in a similar role and/or within a finance department working on financial transformation projects with tools such as SAP (BPC, FICO, S4HANA, etc.).
Strong leadership experience, including team management, career development, and training, as well as acting as a systems sponsor to senior stakeholders.
Proven expertise in systems transformation, process improvement, and change management, along with experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, as it is the primary working language.
