emagine is looking for a project manager infrastructure for one its key account client.
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 6 months minimum renewable
Full Time hybrid mode 3 days onsite
Consultant must be 3 days a week working on site at CHARTRES (28).
**Context**: Set-up of all the infrastructure network in their new buildings.
**The role**
As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end IT infrastructure implementation for new buildings. From initial planning through to go-live, you will ensure every aspect of IT—networking, telecommunications, data centers, and security systems—is seamlessly integrated into the construction process.
**Key Responsabilities**
- ** Project Leadership**: Manage all IT infrastructure aspects for new building projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
- ** Infrastructure Design**: Oversee the planning of network layouts, server rooms, telecommunication systems, and security solutions.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, construction teams, and IT specialists to ensure IT needs are met during building development.
- ** Vendor Management**: Select and coordinate with vendors for equipment, cabling, and installations.
- ** Implementation and Testing**: Supervise deployment, integration, and testing of IT systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
- ** Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain detailed project documentation.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, especially for new buildings or large facilities.
- Strong knowledge of networking CISCO (LAN/WAN), server environments, telecommunications, and IT security.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
**Preferred**:
- Experience with large-scale building construction projects.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CCNA.
- Knowledge of green IT practices and scalable infrastructure design.
