Our Global Equities is part of the Investment Bank (IB) and offers solutions including trade execution, program and special equity trading services, equity-linked services and structuring for new equity-linked issuances, marketing, structuring and trading services on equity-based or fund-based derivatives products, and a wide range of research, sales, execution, clearing, financing, and reporting services. The Delta One desk is part of the Equity Derivatives Group (EDG) and focuses on non-volatility products. Within that space, the Funding Solutions desk develops market-leading, innovative structures leveraging equity financing markets to generate competitive returns tailored to the needs of a wide range of investors: monetary/formula funds, corporates, private banks / family offices, hedge funds and insurance companies.

Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:

- Execute and hedge the secondary events linked to client trades, through daily interactions with the sales force and clients
- Actively manage the desk’s inventory
- Optimise client trades, identify and execute trading opportunities in the inter-dealer broker markets
- Develop workflow and analytical tactical tools to support decision-making, automate processes and reduce operational risks
- Process key controls linked to the daily operations: profit and losses estimates and control, equities inventory & corporate actions follow-up
- Develop your knowledge of equity financing markets and generate hedging optimisations ideas based on quantitative and qualitative analysis

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- You have a strong mathematical and/or economics background, and a good understanding of equity derivative products pricing principles, with a prior experience in Delta One or Equity Finance trading
- You are attentive to detail and have a proven ability to perform with a high degree of autonomy, reliability and humility in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- You are eager to face clients and will give your best to provide them with a first-class service
- You are curious and passionate about the inner workings of international finance, macroeconomics and financial regulation
- You demonstrate outstanding communication skills for interacting with colleagues, sales forces, clients and support functions
