Sensitive to environmental issues, he has a real appetite for financial analysis in a context of growth. Autonomy, Organization, Rigor and Proactivity will allow him to flourish in his missions. Proficiency in English and/or German and computer skills is required for the position. Excellent interpersonal skills will also be essential. Ambitious to evolve in the recycling sector, our future talent will have the opportunity to acquire and develop financial skills thanks to tailor-made support. The 18-24 month development program will take place at the REMONDIS Group headquarters in Lünen, Germany. It will offer our future talent excellent opportunities to become a young manager within our Group. - **What will the missions be?** By joining the Administrative and Financial Department and more specifically the Management Control department, our future talent will participate in the analysis of financial data for consolidation. Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, your main daily missions will be: - Develop and implement financial measures to monitor company performance - Analyze monthly financial reports according to standards for the CODIR - Ensure compliance with the Group's consolidation rules and procedures - Actively contribute to the annual budgeting process, - Participate in ad hoc and strategic projects according to management needs. - **Conduct of interviews**: - First contact by telephone or on Teams with the person in charge of recruitment - An interview with the manager and HR **Conditions**: - A fixed salary over 13.3 months depending on profile - Variable compensation based on objectives - Restaurant vouchers - A computer and a cell phone - A tailor-made integration course - A development path led by specialists and experienced executives in Controlling, Annual Accounts, Planning Processes and Mergers & Acquisitions - Accommodation support during the support period in Lünen
