Bandai Namco Europe (BNEU) is a leading global publisher and developer of entertainment content for platforms including all major video game consoles and PC.

**Poste**:
Within the Quality Control department, you will support the entire team with their daily missions. The team ensures quality through constant monitoring for a broad and diverse portfolio that includes titles such as Tekken, Ace Combat or Little Nightmares, as well as numerous other licenses.

Your principal missions will be as follows:

- Be the interface between the developers and external testers. Give all the information related to the game to the testers and be able to explain any bugs found to the developers or Producer.
- Create and send testing instructions to testers. Share any relevant information coming from the developers to testers.
- Monitor the delivery of versions as per the schedules and ensure that testers are ready to start any testing.
- Monitor and update the bugs database on a daily basis
- Bugs data analysis to create some trends
- Collaborate on the test plans creation. Ensure that they are properly used by testers. Inform developers about testing progression and main facts
- Monitor the tests of the game materials (manual, package ), as well as ratings assets delivery
- Perform playthroughs and specific testing on the game to benchmark the results coming from external vendors
- Handle feedbacks/ bugs coming from customers
- Work on in-game / bugs data analysis projects to make some recommendations to our production teams
- Collaborate on a data vizualisation dashboard creation so the collected information is easy to understand

Working in an international environment and a fast-growing industry, this internship will provide a global experience in quality control and testing through multi-platform and multi-genre titles supporting full publishing models.

**Profil**:

- Degree majoring in gaming, either project management or game design
- Knowledge of the video game industry and game types
- Mastery of Microsoft Office software (Excel, SharePoint )
- Experience in JIRA use, including flow creation, dashboards, and custom filters creation will be appreciated
- Curiosity about using and implementing new tools
- Strong communication and reporting skills, in both written and oral, in English
- French is a plus
- Rigorous, conscientious, and curious
- Strong teamwork skills (with both internal and external parties)
- Appetency for data analysis is a significant plus

Contract: full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)

Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from €900 up to €1,100 per month)
