3+ years of working experience in project or process management, prefer direct experience in production of Wet, Dry & Retort process

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution)
- Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s)(preferably including industrial services supply)
- Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process, utilities or packing optimization
- Manage his/her work following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them
- Preparation of a major CAPEX project submission.
- Definitions of roles and responsibilities within a project team (resource management)
- Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E)
- Ensure that the design is directed towards a low cost, highly efficient and flexible operation. Support Value Engineering Analysis (VEA)

**Implementation phase**:Ensure safe work sites at all times. Provide installations that are easy to clean, maintain and operate, guaranteeing the safe, consistent manufacturing & distribution of quality products after commissioning.
- Ensure that the scope, deliverables, performance and milestones are clearly detailed and agreed up front when working with external engineering services, contractors, suppliers etc.
- Prepare a project progress report on a monthly basis.

**Start-up/close out phase**:Ensure that the project scope is fulfilled and in line with the client's expectations.
- Ensure that the operating, maintenance and cleaning staff is effectively trained and that the equipment handing over to the client is both smooth and efficient.
- Ensure that the client gets a comprehensive project file with all the necessary drawings, manuals, certificates, updated asset register, etc., in including the final project report.

**ARE YOU A FIT?**:

- 5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, M&I or equivalent positions)
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical Engineer
- Experience in managing & supervising vendor.
- Proficient level of communication in English
