Join a dynamic 10-person customer support team, dedicated to helping users get the best out of a specialized HR software solution.
**Your responsibilities**:

- Support & assistance: Analyze and resolve technical and functional client requests
- Configuration: Adjust software settings to meet user needs
- Deployment: Install and update the software remotely
- Client advising: Help users optimize their use of the software
- Product improvement: Contribute to product evolution through your insights and feedback

**Requirements**:
**Profile We’re Looking For**:

- Degree in IT (Bac+2 to Bac+4 or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support or technical assistance
- Knowledge of SQL and programming logic
- Comfortable working in a Windows Server environment
