**Your Role**:
As Planning Manager, you report to the Supply Chain Director MU France BNL and work with 2 distribution channels (Mass Market and Pharmacy):
- Develop and implement the Demand & Supply Planning strategy for short and long term to deliver high forecast accuracy and service level.
- Develop action plan to mitigate the risks of supply, ensure optimization and drive efficiencies.
- Lead the S&OP process, building the right ownership across functions, collecting and challenging the information from all stakeholders
- Guide the French board and other departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance) into making the right decision based on clear recommendations
- Deliver the Planning objectives : service level, Forecast Accuracy & Bias, inventory, obsoletes. Regularly review performance and initiate corrective actions if performance deviates from targets
- Ensure engagement with Region/ Global / Production Centers to drive continuous improvement and development of strategy which aligns with future ways of working in 3-5 years.
- Guide, motivate and develop his / her team (6 Planners) in a very international environment. Identify organizational changes and measures for improvement of the organization and initiate adequate activities.
- Develop strategy which drives continuous optimization and change within Planning function to align with future SC and business needs. Ensure best practices are implemented and executed according to BDF planning guidelines.
**Your profile**:
Master Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
Relevant experience in an FMCG environment.
People management experience.
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
