**Global Payroll Operations Partner (x/f/m)***:
**What you’ll do**:
Doctolib is hiring a** GlobalPayroll Partner** based in Paris to join our Global Payroll team. You will be responsible for payroll activities in our Finance department and you will take care of improving our ecosystem of Payroll tools and processes and contribute to the excellent employee experience of our European entities (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands )

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- You are the point of contact for employees' questions regarding payroll calculations, internal policies and you are a strong business partner for our Doctolibers,
- You will be responsible for the monthly end to end payroll process including coordination of payment process for salaries and statutory taxes,
- You create Payroll relevant reports, statistics and presentations,
- You will act as a Subject Matter Expert on our Payroll projects initiatives for Germany like, time and attendance tool management, workday payroll interface, process improvements.

You could be our next teammate if you:

- Have knowledge of accounting and labor law
- Have 2-5 years of experience, including apprenticeships
- Have the expertise or interest in addressing labor law questions, working with internal and external partners
- Are enthusiastic about participating in transformation projects and continuous process improvement using our HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, ADP Celergo)
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented and service-minded approachHave excellent English communication skills

Additionally, it would be fantastic if you:

- Have experience in a fast-growing company
- Have experience in European payroll (Italian payroll is a plus)
- Are comfortable working in an international team within a developing organization
- Are experienced in designing and optimizing processes
- Have a data-driven approach and experience working with KPIs
