**Role: Data Analyst Power BI**
**Location: Velizy, France (2d/wk)**

**Description**:

- Develop BI Procurement reports whose model has been defined by users and the UX Designer
- Manage and animate user recipes
- Put validated reports into production in accordance with the established schedule
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily scrums, retrospectives, backlog refinement, etc.
- Ensure that users understand the solution, either by implementing tool tips directly in the BI or by delivering user documentation.
- Optimize processing to improve response times and reduce costs

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with the team
Specific activities planned from October to December 2024:

- Connection of a new SAP by Design ERP based in India
- Implementation of a dashboard to monitor the activity of tactical buyers (transformation of DAs into orders, monitoring of deliveries and invoicing)
- Implementation of a dashboard to measure Spend by supplier
- Implementation of a dashboard to measure the performance of Purchasing with regard to cash (negotiated payment deadlines, down payments, reverse factoring, payment punctuality)

**Conditions**:
**Location of the mission: Vélizy with authorized teleworking and presence on site for up to 2 days, including Thursday is imposed.**
- Perfect technical mastery of the Microsoft Azure solution: data lake, data factory, Azure SQL, Azure Analysis services, Power BI services (minimum 8 years of experience)
- Ability to collect, understand and respond to business needs
- Propose relevant restitution formats
- Design the technical management of data and their structuring in the BI (update of the harmonized data model when necessary, construction of pipelines / ETL, implementation of formulas, use of Dax / M language, construction of the data viz solution)
- Project management (each evolution is managed as a mini project supported autonomously by a single consultant: upon receipt of the model, the consultant must set up the solution, write the kick-off slides of the tests with the users, lead the demo and test sessions independently, ensure delivery in production on time, participate in writing the business user guide).
- Good level of written and spoken English to lead sessions with users (usually by video).
