**Missions**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior DFT Engineer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal
digital systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to grow within a
dynamic team and gain good experience in the field of DFT.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development and improvement of DFT methodologies and flows.
- Create and validate scan insertion, memory BIST and other test structures.
- Optimize test coverage and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with the physical design and verification team to identify and address potential DFT-related

issues early in the design process.
- Develop automated scripts for test implementation, patterns generation and analysis.
- Analyze test results, debug test failures and provide solutions to improve product yield.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for testability.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in DFT, working on ASIC and/or FPGA designs.
- Knowledge about DFT industrial standards and practices including ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, LBIST and trade-offs

between test quality and test time.
- Proficiency in EDA tools such as Synopsys, Siemens or Cadence.
- Experience with scripting languages (TCL, Python, Perl) for automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
- Familiarity with SoC test methodologies and industry standards (e.g., IEEE 1149.1, P1500, etc.).
- Excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English is mandatory

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in high-speed digital circuit design and testing.
- Familiarity with advanced packaging technologies (e.g., Multi-Die 2.5/3D) and FPGA architectures.
- Knowledge of silicon bring-up and debug processes.
- Familiarity with the RTL code (VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog) and Power Management solutions.
