**2. Description of the department**
The Listed Real Asset Fund Management team of AXA IM - Alts invests throughout the entire spectrum of the listed securities (equity and debt instruments). The team tracks Real Estate and Infrastructure investment opportunities in Europe, North America, Australia and Asia.

**3. The main responsibilities of the role**

**_ Portfolio management & monitoring:_**
- Provide relevant sector analysis to support Portfolio Manager decisions throughout 17 sub-sectors
- Identify relative value into both Infra & Real estate markets throughout 15 countries worldwide
- Performance analysis, hedging strategies monitoring

**_ Companies financial analysis: _**125 issuers followed within a preselected issuer-universe
- Analysis of financial reports of property & infrastructure companies
- Participation to roadshows organized by companies
- Peers and valuation analysis
- Present investment cases to the team

**_ Investment strategy definition and relationship with investors:_**
- Support marketing effort and prepare presentation for investors
- Analyse specific sectors dynamics, new asset classes or geographies

**4. Profile**

**_Education/Qualifications_**
- Postgraduate studies in leading business schools, engineering schools or universities Real Estate

**_ Experience_**
- Proven interest in the Real Estate/Infrastructure sector
- Previous experiences in a financial institution or in a real estate/infrastructure company would be considered as a plus

**_ Competencies_**
- Team player, accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure, desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
- Fluency in English is required and fluency in French would be seen as a plus
- Advanced skills in Excel (modelling)
