**The Opportunity**
Our market-leading Energy, Mining & Infrastructure teams advise domestic and international corporate, private equity and government clients on all aspects of their projects, covering the energy (renewables, hydrogen, batteries, conventional power), natural resources (oil & gas, critical minerals, precious metals) and infrastructure sectors. The Paris team focuses on transactions primarily across the UK, Europe and the African continent, for which it has consistently achieved top-tiered rankings across all major ranking providers. The team is split into French _avocats_ and solicitors from Anglophone jurisdictions, bringing a real diversity of knowledge and approach to transactions.
