**Job Description**:
BIC is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Data & Analytics This newly created role will join the HR Technology & Operations team and collaborate with Global HR Team Members to shape the vision and strategy for people analytics at BIC.

This role will serve as a lead partner across a broad range of HR topics to help advance our people analytics capabilities including design, execution, and presentation of results from analytical projects. These analytics will inform critical business decisions and actions impacting the talent lifecycle, including headcount and workforce planning, recruiting, talent management, career development, diversity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, engagement, company culture, retention, and more. With actionable insights and recommendations, this position will help lead the way in redefining HR into a data-informed organization. As an integral partner to business leaders, you will lead the HR journey through actionable insights and recommendations that directly impact business results:

- Support and lead the development the people analytics vision, strategy, operating model and roadmap for igniting and scaling People Analytics
- Translate data into visually compelling stories.
- Utilize SuccessFactors (HCM) and BI platforms to design, build, test and deploy people analytics dashboards, data visualizations and predictive models
- Assist with end-to-end analytics process, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing and building analytics and models, extracting insights and findings, visualizing outputs, and communicating outcomes
- Help build the analytical capability of HR business partners
- Maintain integrity and strict confidentiality to protect employee data privacy.
- Lead significant aspects of designing and delivering predictive analytics, dashboards and reporting for end-users in HR and the business
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports with quantitative analysis that tells a story through the data
- Manage and optimize global legal and compliance reporting including the Universal Registration Document (FR), AAP Compliance (US), and more.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience with data and analytics required.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and self-initiative with a track record on delivering commitments
- Strong understanding of HR Business Partner and HR Center of Excellence (COE) experience
- Demonstrated successes leveraging such data to produce well-articulated business cases and actionable insights
- Experience with and strong knowledge of HR Practices, Policies, and Laws, especially as it relates to HR data management
- Experience with SuccessFactors, Power BI, Visio and Tableau a plus
