**Job Description ‍**

We are looking for a **Industrial Manager** at our **Toulouse**site, for its space transportation vehicle used to transport satellites.

Within the program, which is of strategic importance to the company, you will assist the Program Manager in the day-to-day operational management

You will focus on:
**Operational Project Management**
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational execution of the project.
- Consolidate technical progress indicators, schedule, risks, and costs.

**Detailed Scheduling Management**
- Keep the detailed project schedule up to date in collaboration with technical teams and suppliers.
- Identify and anticipate schedule deviations; propose corrective actions.

**With the support of the Supply Manager**
- Consolidate technical and logístical status updates.
- Identify supplier risks and prepare arbitration options.

**Risk and Quality Management**
- Lead risk and opportunity management activities.
- Oversee daily quality monitoring in coordination with the quality teams.

**Support to the Program Manager**
- Prepare steering committee and external reporting materials.
- Participate in customer reviews and governance boards.

The industrial Manager acts as Program Manager in his/her absence.

**Preferred Experience ‍️**

A minimum of 10 years’ experience, including 5 years of project or bid management, is required for this position with the following skills:
Strong cross-functional teams coordination experience.

Good knowledge of engineering, IVVQ, and supply chain processes.

Demonstrated skills in risk & opportunities management

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).

Familiarity with regulatory environments (ITAR, ITU, space operations) is a plus.

Interest in strong accountability and responsibility

Excellent communication and diplomacy skills within a matrix organization.

Ability to work under pressure in a technically demanding context.
