**About Us**
Within Symrise, the **Taste, Nutrition & Health** segment leverages its expertise and scientific research to offer clients and partners unique, sustainable solutions based on natural ingredients in the areas of taste, nutrition, and health. With over 100 sites in more than 40 countries, the segment serves the food and beverage industry as well as pet food and aquaculture manufacturers. It is divided into two divisions—**Food & Beverage** and **Pet Food**—and two Business Units**:Aqua Feed** and **Probi**.

The **Pet Food** division provides product solutions and services to enhance palatability and acceptance of pet food, ensure pet food safety, and support animal health. To study food acceptance, feeding behavior, and pet-owner interactions, the division operates four expert centers with around 1,000 owned dogs and cats. Following the principle “the closer, the better,” Symrise Pet Food, within the Taste, Nutrition & Health segment, serves its clients from more than 30 sites worldwide.
**Your role**
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Project Management & Reporting**
- Coordinate, consolidate, and support the deployment of MPC solutions in collaboration with regional teams.
- Establish and maintain a business continuity plan.
- Evaluate the performance of initiatives by ensuring business continuity, cost optimization, and efficiency.

**R&D Program and Project Management**
- Participate in the innovation process in collaboration with other Pet Food departments.
- Lead R&D programs and manage projects (CLIP, EQP, PAR, Refinement) to improve the performance of palatability solutions.
- Oversee all project phases: from ideation to launch, including testing, result analysis, industrialization, and regional rollout.
- Support the deployment of optimized solutions across regions.

**Communication & Scientific Network**
- Represent the technical voice of the customer internally and the company externally to key accounts.
- Participate in client committees focused on performance continuity and strengthen collaboration.
- Present results, ensure knowledge transfer, and consolidate technical expertise.

**Technical Support & Expertise**
- Manage technical procedures: Equipment Qualification Procedure (EQP) and associated risk analysis (eHARE).
- Design and deliver technical training for new hires and R&D teams.
- Participate in risk management committees and provide technical support to internal teams and clients.

**Performance Monitoring**
- Track indicators related to business continuity.
- Develop deployment plans for validated solutions.
- Ensure traceability and documentation of projects.

**About you** Education & Experience**
- Degree in project and program management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D project management in food chemistry, food processing, or related fields.
- Experience in risk analysis, planning, budgeting, and project tracking.

**Technical Skills**
- Solid understanding of palatability factors and related procedures.
- Knowledge of industrialization and product deployment processes.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and quality procedures.
- Awareness of CSR, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Ability to analyze experimental data and manage performance indicators.
- Fluent in French and English.
- International mobility required.
