We are looking for a Project Manager** **with excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English to join our French office in Paris. You are an entrepreneurial spirit who will take on the management of customized loyalty promotions to a higher level. Project management responsibilities include delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope while having fun managing customer expectations. We provide you with a lot of growth opportunities and the freedom to advance to the next level.

**Your team and responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of loyalty promotions (in-store marketing materials, supply chain, etc.);
- Develop a detailed program planning to monitor and track progress in order to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget;
- Analyze and report weekly program performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
- Risk management and decision-making on a daily basis;
- Successfully establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for commercial program evaluation;
- Sales support.

**Which qualities do you bring?**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (other languages are a plus);
- 2+ years of experience within a Project Management related role;
- Strong analytical background (you enjoy working with numbers);
- Can-do mentality, as things can turn out to be different than expected;
- A flexible multi-tasker who enjoys anticipating changing circumstances, with attention to detail;
- A real team player but also able to work independently;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP is a plus;
- Willingness to develop, learn and share knowledge + willingness to travel.
