Platform-driven supply chains, which utilize advanced digital platforms to streamline coordination, optimize logistics, and facilitate real-time information exchange among various stakeholders, have become a cornerstone of modern business operations (Kazantsev et al., 2023; Lin et al., 2021). These platforms enable companies to achieve greater efficiency, responsiveness, and scalability in their supply chain processes. However, despite the numerous advantages offered by such systems, they are increasingly susceptible to a variety of cyber threats (Syed et al., 2022; Yeboah-Ofori et al., 2021). Among the most significant threats are fraudulent activities, such as unauthorized transactions and manipulation of supply chain data, and data leakage, which involves the unauthorized access and dissemination of sensitive information (Tan et al., 2016). These threats are particularly pronounced in environments with weak institutional support, where regulatory frameworks, enforcement mechanisms, and cybersecurity infrastructure may be inadequate or underdeveloped (Yaibuathet et al., 2008; Saldanha et al., 2015).

This research aims to address both cyber and maintenance disruptions by developing a comprehensive framework for cyber resilience and predictive maintenance tailored to weak institutional environments. It will explore strategies that enhance operational continuity, secure data flows, and mitigate vulnerabilities to ensure the reliability and robustness of platform-driven supply chains.
