**Job description**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to lead a talented team in the context of the launch of our gigafactories. This role involves overseeing the team responsible for layout, flow simulation, internal logistics, and packaging processes, ensuring efficient and optimized operations.

**You Main Missions wil be**:

- Lead and manage a talented team responsible for layout planning, flow simulation, internal logistics, and packaging processes in the context of gigafactory launch.
- Oversee the development and implementation of efficient and optimized layouts for gigafactory facilities, ensuring optimal utilization of space and smooth flow of materials and resources.
- Collaborate with the team to create and analyze flow simulation models, identifying areas for improvement, bottlenecks, and opportunities to optimize production processes.
- Provide guidance and support in the development and implementation of internal logistics strategies, including material handling, storage, and distribution processes.
- Work closely with packaging teams to design and implement effective packaging solutions that meet product protection, transportation efficiency, and sustainability requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational protocols in all aspects of gigafactory operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity within the gigafactory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, production, and logistics, to align process design with overall business goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation. Including setting the teams targets and monitoring their permormance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in business support methods, and implement relevant innovations into gigafactory operations.

**Profile**:
**Know How**
- Strong knowledge and understanding of layout planning, flow simulation, internal logistics, and packaging processes.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and technologies for flow simulation and layout design.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and operational protocols in a manufacturing environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering
- Professional level of French and English.
