**Technical Services Manager - Europe**:
**Main Functions**:

- Manage sales of LBDS yeast, nutrient, enzymes and other process support products to biofuels producers and distillers in the territory (Western Europe).
- Manage technical support for LBDS proudcts in Europe. Work with large biofuels companies and distilleries on process improvement.
- Manage customer relationships within the region and develop the customer base.
- Work with the Business Area Manager and the Distilled Spirits Brand Director on the commercial and marketing strategies.
- Participate in product or process trials and write reports.
- Manage training sessions for customers: organization, agenda and technical presentations.
- Prepare sales plans and budgets.
- Adhere to company sales and marketing plans.
- Participate in industry conferences, educational events, internal meetings and training sessions.
- Other duties as assigned by Business Area Manager.

**Technical skills**:
Required
- Degree or MSc, preferably in microbiology and/or biology

An asset
- Experience in the production of biofuels and/or distilled spirits
- 2 to 3 years' commercial and/or technical experience

**Personal abilities**:
Required
- Languages : English and French
- Self starter and strong team player
- Available to work without supervision and well organized

An asset
- Computer literate
- Good understanding of: Production - Budget - Sales - Strategy

**General criteria**:
Required
- Valid driving license in Europe
- Available for travelling (up to 50% of the time) in Europe mainly and worldwide
