Roles & Authorizations (R&A) Team Lead F/M/D

**Main responsibilities**:
Define and maintain the SAP Roles and Authorizations (R&A) through evolution & projects: SAP R&A On premise (ECC, EHS, GTS, SRM, BW/BI)
Refine, challenge, manage and prioritize new evolution /changes on access requests
Contribute to value case definition for R&A projects and potential license impacts, for product team orchestration and change management to users and stakeholders

Strategy - Contribution to IT Master Plan
Work with managers and architects to translate & align Business capabilities, IT Master Plan, products road maps, with SAP R&A
Ensure R&A are aligned with product road maps and business/IM&T strategy & priorities
Strengthen cyber security risk mindset within the company around R&A (SoD respect,)

Product Delivery
Identify existing and potential Business stakeholders and ensure Business Mobilization on projects around R&A function.
Challenge R&A requirements to make sure the validated priorities will maximize the value of product roadmap and respect Sod Rules
Drive/Contribute to the definition and scoring of product value case (+ KPI & key success factors)
Collaborate on R&A aspects with necessary Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders (Product Managers, Architects, Change Lead, QC Lead, Designers, Data Scientists) to provide ranged estimate, assess feasi-bility - timeline - complexity - level of confidence - risk (including SoD) - resource needs for the identified scenarios
Lead R&A aspects for any use case definition and solution scenario definition (R&A test integration.)
Define and anticipate the right R&A team for products/projects evolutions
Contribute on R&A part to change management activities, from innovation phases till deployment to Pro-duction
Accountable for R&A handover to operations and Support team (APS, AMC mostly)

Permanent Activities (out of projects)

**Manage your R&A team**: work dispatch, resource allocation
Manage / Participate on R&A angle of product backlog, organization, prioritization & mapping out the dependencies with ongoing or coming product/ projects
Ensure R&A consistency within & between different products
Coordinate the prioritization/ Challenge R&A small demands/Product backlog; and organize assessment
Ensure transparency and communication with Application support around R&A mindset & understanding
Continuously search for valuable R&A evolution, through animation of user group Network or interaction with Architects, or proactive explorations based on users understanding and market / technology trends.
Define, Measure & Share R&A KPIs to contribute to improve access right respect & security
Contribute to the R&A continuous improvement. Encourage R&A product designers to search for improvement ideas.
Model and map business organisations related to the Roles and Authorizations function
Contribute to build Release Plan for R&A aligned with product release management and Communicate it to related stakeholders
Document Roles and Authorizations set up in place (creation and maintenance)
Contribute to Communities of Practices
Ensure Roles and Authorization are developed and implemented in a sustainable way and respecting SoD rules provided by Corporate Compliance
Support GRC Team for SOD rules definition and ease Internal Audit investigations answering questions
Ensure Level 3 support to help Application Support L2 validating their issues solving and participate to Problem solving

**You have**:
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or business school or equivalent
5+ years in SAP Roles & Authorizations management
Strong Experience in user interviews, user workshops animation, prototyping and user tests organisation
Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is appreciated
Experience implementing new authorization, performing roll out
Experience coaching designers or micro management
