**Job Description**:
The Artist Relations Manager will join our Deezer’s Global Artist Relations team, based in our Paris office.
You will maintain Deezer’s credibility as a global streaming service and secure promotional opportunities with the world’s biggest artists, as well as supporting priority development acts. You will design and implement powerful marketing campaigns and maintain positive industry relationships, particularly with UK and US record labels.
**What you will do**:

- Evangelise about Deezer to labels, aggregators and artist management companies, explaining the product and Deezer’s reach and communicate editorial support and subsequent streaming uplift to these partners on a regular basis
- Leverage artist, artist management and label relationships to implement impactful artist marketing campaigns that will appeal to both existing and new users, including but not limited to events, shoots and creative social media content
- Oversee label pitches for playlisting, manage priority release schedule, and communicate this to the editorial team weekly
- Continually monitor user data in order to make educated and informed decisions when undertaking an artist marketing campaign
- Maintain proactive interdepartmental communications to ensure all stakeholders in a project are kept informed e.g. territories, editorial, acquisitions, social, PR, CRM, ad sales, product, brand/studio, partnerships etc.

**Qualifications**:
This role is excellent for a person with:

- At least two years experience of working in the music industry and strong understanding of music industry supply chain processes and label and repertoire owner set up
- A passion for all kinds of music, from mainstream pop artists to niche indie artists
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- The ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines, well organised; you will pride yourself on creative ideas and outside of the box thinking
- A network of music industry contacts - rights holders, managers, agents, promoters and artists - that you will maintain constant contact with in order to identify artist marketing opportunities
- Full professional proficiency in English - proficiency in other European languages a bonus
